Terms & Conditions

All payments made for classes are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed or unattended classes.

In the event that Moo needs to cancel a class for any reason, the class will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. No monetary refunds will be provided in lieu of rescheduled classes.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring your availability for scheduled sessions. Missed classes by you will not be rescheduled or refunded.
